个人简介

20026月在华中科技大学精细化工专业获得学士学位。20071月在华中科技大学分析化学专业获得硕士学位,毕业论文获得湖北省2008年优秀硕士论文(No. 1)。20103月在华中科技大学材料物理与化学专业获得博士学位。2010-2012年在瑞典隆德大学从事博士后研究工作,2013-2014年在挪威G&T Septech公司(奥斯陆大学)从事研究工作。2014-2015年在瑞典马尔默大学担任客座研究员。2015年加入华中科技大学公共卫生学院担任教授。

主要从事多功能分子识别材料在环境有机污染物、生物蛋白质与肽、生物细胞及微生物的分离及监测等方面的研究工作。近年来先后主持和参与中国、瑞典、挪威、欧盟等多项科研项目,至今发表论文60余篇,合计引用次数超过2000次。获得湖北省自然科学二等奖1


研究方向

1. 多功能分离识别材料的制备:分子印迹技术是制备对特定目标分子具有特异性识别性能人工抗体的技术。课题组将合成的分子印迹聚合物选择性富集复杂人群样品中的目标污染物,用于人群污染物内暴露评估。

2. 新型样品前处理技术:电膜萃取技术是在液相微萃取的基础上发展起来的电场辅助液相微萃取技术,其使用更少的有机溶剂,实验简单快速。课题组将该技术由于人群样品中的目标物的分离与检测,如对人血浆样本中各种氨基酸的萃取。

3. 环境污染物暴露的健康效应:研究重金属与环境内分泌干扰物等环境污染物暴露对母婴健康的影响,如对母婴内分泌系统的干扰作用及婴幼儿生长发育的影响。
