个人简介

华中科技大学公共卫生学院副教授,博士生导师,湖北省青年拔尖人才。2013年获华中科技大学流行病与卫生统计学博士学位;2016年被聘为华中科技大学公共卫生学院副教授;2019年9月至2021年3月赴美国哈佛大学医学院附属布列根和妇女医院开展博士后研究工作。主持华中科技大学教学改革项目,国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上一等资助和特别资助等项目,以通讯作者和第一作者(含共同)在Nature Genetics、Cancer Discovery、Nat Rev Clin Oncol、Oncogene和Clin Gastroenterol Hepatol等杂志发表SCI论文43篇。获湖北省自然科学奖二等奖(排名第三),华中科技大学教学竞赛二等奖和湖北省优秀博士学位论文等奖项。主要从事环境、基因与消化系统肿瘤发病风险的研究。应用多中心病例-对照研究和前瞻性队列研究,对影响消化系统肿瘤的遗传和环境病因进行了较深入的探讨,并系统整合遗传资源和环境暴露数据,试图构建基因-环境交互作用模型和肿瘤风险预测模型,为肿瘤高风险个体的筛查和个体化防治提供重要科学依据。现担任American Journal of Gastroenterology, Cancers, Molecular Carcinogenesis等杂志的审稿人。
